Chalk it Up! returns in 2024 for a 9th year to fill Victory Park with colorful artwork and bring visitors to Vermilion to enjoy it all! This free, family-friendly event that welcomes everyone includes activities for the kids like Chalk-A-Square and other hands-on activities and chance to vote for a favorite drawing!
